Why Your Social Feels Dead (and 3 fixes)

Hundreds of tips exist on reviving an inactive social feed, but who has time to read them? Here are three quick fixes that you can implement right away:
- Reels are the newest hooks. Convert a few static photos to reels and let the magic happen. Try time-lapses- viewers love them.
- Engage, engage, engage. Did I say engage with your audience? Reply to comments on your posts. In turn, leave a kind comment on accounts similar to yours or ones that you genuinely feel connected to. Use question, story, or praise to spark interaction.
- Keep at it. Everything takes take times, especially resurrecting the dead – unless you are Jesus! Naturally, the longer a feed has been inactive, or outright dead, the longer it will take to be revived. Retraining the algorithm to recognize your social takes time (their punishment to you for being lax), but hey, yours is no ordinary post so be patient while it makes it way back to Social World.
Most importantly, don’t give up. Consistency is key. Keep posting daily on IG, Facebook ,TikTok, X, or other, and weekly on your blogs. And just like that one day you will be an item again.

Cheers to your Social Feed.
